Arena — 200´ x 80´
This spacious indoor has mirrored walls and sliding windows around for excellent ventilation. Attached 2nd story lounge for viewing and storage below for jumps. Well maintained footing consists of a screening base with our NEW TravelLight Wax Coated Sand w/ fiber . This footing has excellent shock absorbency and is dust free. Newly installed speaker system with cordless mic.

Outdoor
Dressage Arena — 200´ x 80´
Closely
Boarded Fence for safety and a screened in Gazebo for spectators. Sprinkler
system installed for controlling dust. Footing of sand/ soft rubber and fiber.
Outdoor Jumping Arena — 120´ x 200´
This spacious outdoor arena has a mixture of sand, soft rubber footing and fiber mixed in. There is a screened in gazebo for spectators.
European Walker
Covered 6 horse 82’ diameter European walker with rubber Perma-Flex footing. We offer this feature included in board price when horses are not being turned out due to inclimate weather. We also offer a daily program for horses coming back from injury or fitness conditioning.
Dressage Arena in Field
Our 12 acre well maintained riding field includes a regulation dressage arena and new courses set frequently.
Outside Course and Bank Jump
Main Barn
- 20 stalls, each 12´ x 12´ with windows for ventilation and rubber mats.
- Heated Bathroom with shower.
- Two wash stalls with hot and cold running water.
- State-of-the art organic, non-toxic insect control system.
- Automatic backup generator ensures power for water usage. Extensive monitored fire system throughout the main barn.
- Our H shaped facility has fire walls and drop down metal doors to separate the horses from the main electrical rooms in the event of a fire.
Tack Room
Relaxing and spacious heated room with sink, refrigerator, microwave and the newest addition of a self-serve coffee/tea bar.
Stable 2
7 stalls with run-in and running water, each 12´ x 12´ with Dutch Doors and rubber matted. Organic, non-toxic insect control system.
Stable 3 and 4
6 stalls with dutch doors, running water and electric. Each 10´ x 11´ with rubber mats.
2- 12x12 airy stalls with attached feed room. Stalls are rubber matted with dutch doors. Running water and electric.
Turnout Pastures
The large number of pastures enables rotation of usage ensuring a lush turf is well maintained on each of them. In addition, every pasture has water and electric power.
- Three large turnout areas - Each 550´ long by 60´ wide.
Two acres each. Latest wire mesh fencing for safety, electric wire
on top.
- Two 2.5 acre pastures — Two 1 acre pastures — One 1.5 acre pasture.
